Short Films

THE APPETIZERS celebrates everything that is near and dear to my heart--romance, sexy people and snacks.

THE APPETIZERS...this is a short film that celebrate all the things near and dear to my heart...love, lust and snacks.

THE OTHER SIDE OF DOWN is a short film I wrote, directed and edited inspired by an experience I had as The Pfister Hotel Narrator. One day while I was spending time at the hotel listening for visitors stories, I watched as a woman carrying about four dozen balloons got into an elevator and traveled up.

I wrote THE OTHER SIDE OF DOWN after I saw someone get into an elevator with about five dozen balloons, followed them by jumping into another elevator and was stymied when I was unable to find the obvious merry maker.

There once was a man with a bluetooth headset sitting at the bar at the Pfister making business calls and tearing the person on the other end of the line a new asshole. But he would end every call with a peculiar sign off.

There are bluetooth headset conversations and then there are really special bluetooth headset conversations.  Hope you enjoy DIALED IN.

Weddings happened a lot while I was the Pfister Narrator. I talked to a lot of brides and a lot of grooms. I also talked to one young lady who inspired me to write this story about a lady and a veil and a their own surprising union.

I once met a lady in a hotel bar wearing a bridal veil.  I congratulated her on her upcoming wedding.  She schooled me, and then I wrote and filmed SOMETHING OLD.

In a room full of strangers, people come and they go... while a young woman waits. THE WAITING ROOM is a short film that I acted in as part of Milwaukee Film's Collaborative Cinema.  Student writers create these scripts and then professional actors and filmmakers bring their words and ideas to life.  You'll find me in this film as an angry, angry businessman in a three-piece suit.
